Originally designed for Hole & Corner's 20th issue covers, these four prints by James Joyce were created in lockdown and are themed around the issues of rebirth, regrowth and reset.
James has illustrated these themes with this series of prints reflecting our times as flowers grow from toilet rolls, tins of beans and jars of flour; items that were in short supply at the start of lockdown.
Developing themes and imagery that celebrate the everyday, James Joyce works in a range of media creating paintings, screen printed editions and drawings. As a result of his exploration of imagery, typographic forms and applied graphics, Joyce has garnered a following around the world and has been featured in numerous books, magazines and awards annuals.
